1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Stick With Sam website and placing orders or commission requests, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Products & Orders

All sticker products are digital designs printed on premium vinyl. Product images are as accurate as possible but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and print conditions.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Shipping times vary depending on your location
  • Digital products are delivered by email and are non-refundable

3. Commissions

Commission requests are subject to availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Once a commission is approved and payment received, the following applies:

  • Up to 2 revision rounds are included
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges
  • Turnaround time is typically 7–14 days but may vary
  • Commissioned artwork remains the intellectual property of Stick With Sam unless otherwise agreed

4. Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€). Payment is processed securely via PayPal, credit card or invoice.

5. Refunds & Returns

As a small independent artist, refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery, and we will make it right. Digital products and commissioned artwork are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs and content on this website are the intellectual property of Stick With Sam. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any artwork without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stick With Sam's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, illness or technical failures.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
